Role Overview
The Analytical Resource Center (ARC), situated in Mumbai, acts as the analytics hub for NIQ. ARC collaborates with worldwide client service teams to provide high-quality research assistance and valuable insights. As a Research Analyst, you will support EEMEA and India client service teams by executing research tasks, preparing client presentations, and ensuring timely, accurate project delivery.
Working Hours
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned research projects independently from start to finish, guaranteeing accuracy and timely completion.
- Collect, organize, and visually present research data for client-ready reports.
- Review and quality check deliverables to ensure error-free output.
- Track project progress and meet both internal and external deadlines.
- Handle multiple simultaneous priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Maintain thorough documentation and organized records while applying quality control measures.
- Develop proficiency in NIQ’s proprietary research tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with various teams, such as Client Services, Tabulation, and Product Support.
- Identify risks or challenges proactively, resolving or escalating them as necessary.
Candidate Qualifications
- A postgraduate degree specializing in Marketing or related disciplines.
- Sound knowledge of market research processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Relevant market research or analytical experience between 6 months to over 1 year.
