Overview
Join Lidl as a Retail Shift Manager in Ramsgate and contribute to maintaining our high operational standards. Earn between 15.45 and 15.95 hourly, with additional pay for night shifts and bank holidays, alongside a comprehensive benefits package focusing on your well-being and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and support your team by applying leadership principles.

- Manage processes including freshness standards, cash handling, inventory, and stock to ensure smooth shift operations.
