Retail Store Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Lucknow. The role focuses on driving sales, managing a team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Lead, inspire, and coordinate the store team effectively.
• Create and maintain excellent customer relationships by providing superior service.
• Supervise inventory control and stock replenishment activities.
• Maintain visual merchandising and uphold brand presentation standards.
• Manage billing processes, cash handling, and prepare daily reports.
• Address and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Have 3 to 6 years of experience in retail environments, including 1 to 2 years in a Store Manager position.
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities alongside effective sales and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in fashion, apparel, luxury, or ethnic wear retail is advantageous.
• Exhibit excellent communication and personnel management abilities.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between 25000 and 40000 INR.
