Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative (m/f/d) specializing in extremities to join our team, primarily covering the sales territories of Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and Saxony-Anhalt in Germany. The ideal candidate will reside within this region, with a focus on cities including Berlin, Rostock, Magdeburg, Schwerin, Potsdam, Frankfurt (Oder), and Greifswald.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned sales area diligently, aligning with sales plans and maintaining constant coordination with the sales management.
• Conduct sales meetings and negotiations with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital administration.
• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships by providing expert advice to decision-makers in hospitals.
• Train medical and surgical staff in the use of surgical instruments and professionally support operations in shoulder, hip, and knee areas.
• Plan, organize, and deliver product training for end-users and informational as well as professional development events.
• Acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
• Keep accurate customer records and sales statistics for the designated sales territory.
• Attend and evaluate symposiums and medical technology conferences.
• Constantly monitor competitor activities within the market.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales support team.
• Prepare and submit activity reports and updates on sales territory developments.
• Support the training and onboarding of new external and internal sales staff.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in medical product sales, preferably with orthopedic/endoprosthetic products, is advantageous.
• Alternatively, initial professional experience in an orthopedic operating room or hospital environment is welcome.
• Customer-focused and success-driven approach, combined with openness and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders and enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Desire for new challenges, flexibility, self-initiative, and sense of responsibility.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
