Senior Designer

Overview

Rooftop Twenty Two is seeking a Senior Designer based in Greater Dublin to spearhead brand and digital projects, including identity systems, websites, and campaigns. This role is hands-on and involves mentoring team members while maintaining a high creative standard across the studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire design process for brand identities, digital platforms, and advertising campaigns.
• Maintain and enforce the creative quality across all studio outputs.
• Confidently present and justify design concepts and solutions directly to clients.
• Oversee and direct photography, video, and content production activities in collaboration with the production team.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level designers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of five years of experience in brand and digital design, preferably within an agency environment.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing both identity and digital design projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong skills in typography, layouts, and art direction.
• Ability to effectively communicate and defend creative decisions with clients.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience or skills in motion design and video editing.
• Familiarity with web development collaboration to ensure design feasibility.
• A strategic perspective on brand, beyond just execution.
