Job Overview
Green India Constructions and Layout is seeking a diligent Site Supervisor based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction layouts and project sites, ensuring organized and safe conditions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily tasks taking place within the layout or project site.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of plots, roads, drainage systems, and shared areas.
- Supervise security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or activities on the premises.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers regarding maintenance and repair activities.
- Prepare and submit reports covering progress updates, maintenance challenges, and feedback from customers to higher management.
- Support customers visiting the site by providing essential information about the project.
- Ensure upkeep of site-related infrastructure such as signboards, fencing, and amenities.
- Keep detailed records of inspections and everyday site activities.
- Enforce adherence to safety rules and company policies at the construction site.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 20,000 INR.
