Training focus

Key responsibilities
- Coach members on correct exercise form and safe training practices to reduce the risk of injury during workouts.
- Work with other fitness and wellness professionals to design well-rounded plans that may include nutrition and lifestyle improvements.
- Support clients with individualized guidance, motivation, and ongoing encouragement so they can reach their fitness goals.
- Keep learning about current sports science findings and new fitness trends to improve the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
- Run group workouts and workshop sessions while maintaining an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
- Represent Cult.Fit’s brand values by taking part in community activities and fitness events.
Qualifications
- A CSCS certification or an equivalent professional strength and conditioning qualification is required.
- Prior experience working as a strength and conditioning trainer, or in a similar fitness role, is expected.
- Strong verbal communication and people skills are needed to engage, guide, and motivate clients effectively.
- Working knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition basics, and injury prevention is important for this role.
- The role may require flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed.
- A genuine interest in fitness and a commitment to helping people improve their health and performance is essential.
