Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Structural Design Engineer to join our expanding team in a recently established company. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative small team environment on a variety of projects in residential and commercial sectors, with significant prospects for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural engineering and design for residential homes and commercial buildings.
- Design temporary works to support construction projects.
- Compile detailed calculation reports and packages.
- Create drawings using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Maintain daily communication with clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering; specialization in Structural Engineering is advantageous but not mandatory.
- At least three years of experience in an engineering consultancy setting.
- Proficiency in structural design software such as Structural Toolkit, Bluebeam, SpaceGass, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and structural design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and effective English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Valid Australian Driver’s License to attend site visits as required.
Salary
Salary range is from $80,000 to $90,000 per year plus superannuation.
