Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee restaurant shifts, managing front and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Embody and coach the Zizzi customer service journey, ensuring every guest enjoys a great experience consistently.
- Guide the Front of House team in creating enjoyable and memorable visits for customers.
- Share and promote a passion for food, ensuring every dish served meets our high standards.
- Maintain an immaculate restaurant environment, adhering to all processes, policies, and standards.
- Collaborate with the entire restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and take pride in your work.
