Job Overview
Kforce is collaborating with a client seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator based in Tampa, FL. This position requires onsite presence and involves extensive coordination duties within the supply chain and procurement functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related procurement documents.
- Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes, monitor orders, resolve issues, and ensure prompt delivery of products and services.
- Monitor stock levels and contribute to supply planning to support both fleet and facilities operations.
- Ensure adherence to corporate procurement policies and procedures.
- Review and process vendor invoices and reconcile them with purchase orders and received goods.
- Maintain comprehensive vendor records, aid in vendor onboarding, and support ongoing vendor relationship management.
- Resolve discrepancies related to billing, payments, and service issues with vendors.
- Manage databases and reports related to fleet and facilities operations, including tracking expenses and contracts.
- Coordinate scheduling for maintenance services and assist in various operational support activities.
- Track fleet utilization, maintenance metrics, and other relevant operational data.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience in procurement, supply chain coordination, operations support, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in creating purchase requisitions, managing invoice processing, and coordinating with vendors.
- Experience with fleet management, facilities operations, or administrative support functions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP, fleet management software, AVL systems, and Microsoft Office suite is preferable.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range will reflect the employer's good faith estimate, considering factors such as experience, education, certifications, and location. Pay may be adjusted within legal guidelines and company policies. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, health and flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, as well as life, disability, and accidental death & dismemberment insurance for eligible employees. Paid time off is offered for salaried staff; hourly workers are subject to legal requirements. This role is excluded from bonuses, incentives, or commission schemes.
