Key Responsibilities

  • Managing support tickets focused on Microsoft Active Directory (primarily Azure AD but including on-premises), Microsoft 365, Exchange, and related cloud platforms.

  • Providing support for cloud environments such as Azure AD, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, and AWS (excluding VMware).
