Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Summary

Join Beyondsoft Singapore as a Talent Acquisition Associate where you will manage comprehensive recruitment activities for various technical positions such as Software Engineers, QA/Test Engineers, DevOps, and Technical Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire hiring process for technical roles, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with Business Unit heads and division leaders to identify staffing requirements and team structures.
• Utilize multiple channels including job portals, referrals, and social platforms to source potential candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate technical evaluations.
• Maintain and update candidate information accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Facilitate offer negotiations, onboarding procedures, and compliance with pre-employment requirements.
• Develop and sustain talent pools for both traditional and non-traditional divisions for recurring recruitment needs.
• Assist in employer branding efforts across Southeast Asian markets.
• Provide timely updates regarding hiring status to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of one year recruiting experience, ideally within IT or technology sectors.
• Expertise in sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed.
• Prior experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Testing, or Project Management roles.
• Strong communication abilities and effective stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting across Southeast Asia, particularly in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
• Understanding of nearshore or offshore delivery business models.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems for recruitment management.
