Technician

Job Overview

This role involves executing mechanical fitting tasks following specified work instructions under the supervision of the Operations Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned fitting duties strictly adhering to provided work instructions.
• Perform blending and polishing to repair mechanical components.
• Assist in dismantling, inspecting, refitting parts, and reassembling rotors and other mechanical devices including bearings as directed.
• Maintain quality standards, care for equipment, achieve production targets, ensure clean workspaces, and follow schedules.
• Comply with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, reporting hazardous conditions or unsafe behaviors immediately.
• Provide support for other assigned operational areas when necessary.

Qualifications

• Possession of NTC 3 certification in Mechanical or Marine Fitting or an equivalent qualification.
• Applicants without prior related experience are welcome; training will be provided on the job.
