Job Overview

We are seeking a Telecaller to join our team at Rampion Products Private Limited based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves managing sales conversations over the phone with provided leads, focusing on excellent customer interaction with no set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers on provided leads to close sales deals via phone communication.
• Maintain courteous and professional behavior throughout customer interactions.
• Attend to all customer queries and concerns politely and promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient knowledge and usage skills in MS-Excel, general computer operations, mobile usage, and email communication.
• Possess good interpersonal and behavioral attributes suitable for customer engagement roles.
• Only candidates meeting these criteria should submit applications.

Compensation and Additional Information

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 13,000 to INR 33,000. There is no sales target pressure as leads are provided to facilitate calls.
