Job Overview
This full-time position is based in Weiler-Simmerberg, Bavaria, Germany, specializing in Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) injection molding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and perform tool changes necessary for LSR injection molding operations.
- Set up and initiate production runs, ensuring smooth operation from start to finish.
- Assess and monitor component quality throughout the production cycle.
- Execute material changes as per production requirements.
- Record feedback and updates accurately in the ERP system.
- Conduct regular hourly inspections and quality checks.
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions or operational disruptions.
- Commission new products effectively to meet production standards.
