Trainee Recruiter

About the Role

The Trainee Recruiter position is key to supporting the hiring process by sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This role demands strong communication and a proactive attitude towards recruitment tasks. The shift timing for this role is night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using multiple channels primarily for US-based positions.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand detailed job specifications and requirements.
• Assist with the new employee onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Must be a graduate in B.Tech or B.E., specifically from the 2024 or 2025 batch.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt and perform effectively within a fast-paced work environment.
• Eligible educational backgrounds include B.Pharma, B.B.A., B.M.S., B.Tech/B.E., B.Com, LLB, B.C.A., and B.Sc in any specializations.
