Waiter / Steward

Role Overview

We seek a polite and energetic Waiter to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests enjoy their time dining.

Key Duties

• Greet and courteously seat guests upon arrival.
• Introduce the menu and clarify details regarding food and beverage options.
• Accurately record customer orders and serve them promptly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and attend to any requests.
• Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables and tidying the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
• Prepare bills and handle payments when required.
• Adhere to hygiene, food safety protocols, and company policies.
• Support opening and closing operations of the restaurant.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completion of high school or equivalent education.
• Prior experience in hotel or restaurant service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service aptitude.
• Ability to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Team-oriented with a positive and cooperative mindset.
• Basic proficiency in English is beneficial.

Additional Information

Monthly compensation ranges from 15,000 to 35,000 INR depending on experience and role.
