About the Role
We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse functions across our locations in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam. The ideal candidate will lead warehouse teams, uphold inventory accuracy, ensure safety compliance, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain precise inventory records through periodic stock audits and inventory management procedures.
- Supervise the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for accurate transaction tracking.
- Manage replenishment processes and assist with forecasting to meet demand planning objectives.
- Ensure prompt order processing while adhering to service level agreements.
- Maintain warehouse safety standards, cleanliness, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics partners, and internal teams to address operational challenges.
- Identify and implement improvements to optimize warehouse operations.
- Lead warehouse personnel, delegate tasks effectively, and encourage workforce development and productivity.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related areas.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in warehouse operations with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven background in managing high-volume warehouse environments.
- Experience within service or distribution sectors is advantageous.
Preferred Certifications and Skills
- Knowledge and experience with Warehouse Operations and Inventory Control.
- Proficiency using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM, Certified Warehouse Professional (CWP), OSHA, or NEBOSH Safety credentials are highly regarded.
