Role Overview

Join our expanding Workforce and Organisation Team in Singapore to meet growing client demands and contribute to launching market offerings. You will engage with local and global clients across various industries, advancing their Future of Work initiatives and enhancing people capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives ensuring seamless employee experience via targeted interventions such as tailored training and communication strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive current-state organizational assessments including leadership, ways of working, governance, processes, structures, and capabilities, followed by co-designing a future-state plan with actionable and measurable goals.
• Facilitate workshops both in-person and virtually with senior leadership to define, align, execute, and evaluate people strategies.
• Assist clients in conceptualizing, piloting, and refining new virtual working models supported by technology to enhance productivity and talent retention.
• Guide clients in adopting agile and digital working methodologies.
• Develop insightful, data-driven analyses and recommendations.
• Contribute to business development through thought leadership and proposal crafting.
• Support personal and team upskilling, staying informed on global workforce and organizational trends to maintain market and client relevance.
• Play an active role in cultivating an inclusive, future-ready team culture valued by both colleagues and clients.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting or key leadership roles demonstrating significant impact in areas such as change management, workforce strategy, organization design, HR transformation, agile transformation, employee experience, learning and development, communication strategy, or people analytics.
• Experience with transformation projects in Consumer Products & Retail or Financial Services sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong consulting and interpersonal competencies including project and stakeholder management, problem-solving, creative thinking, resilience, as well as adept presentation and communication skills suitable for C-level audiences.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and empathize with clients in complex matrix organizations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach, able to perform under pressure within deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for digital innovation with a commitment to continuous learning and rapid growth within the organization.
