Internship Responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for handling daily tasks such as drafting responses to notices from tax authorities, liaising with clients to collect required information, and staying updated with recent tax laws and amendments. The role also involves preparation and analysis of income computations, tax workings, reconciliation related to direct and indirect taxes, maintaining accounting records using Tally software, detailed work on Excel spreadsheets, filing GST, Income Tax, and TDS returns along with related compliance activities. Additionally, the intern will assist with statutory, internal, and stock audits and manage Registrar of Companies (ROC) compliance procedures.

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between July 15, 2026 and August 19, 2026, with a commitment to a 24-month duration. Candidates should reside in or near Thane, Mumbai, Virar, Vashi, Nala Sopara, or Bandra, and possess relevant skills and a keen interest in the field.
