About the internship
About the Role
This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions within a leading financial credit lender operating across over 1600 cities in India. As an intern, you will engage in multiple facets of recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates utilizing job portals and social media platforms.
- Evaluate resumes and identify suitable applicants.
- Arrange and manage interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening calls to assess candidates.
- Keep updated records of candidates in recruitment databases and trackers.
- Advertise job openings on diverse hiring channels.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Draft various HR documents including offer and internship letters.
- Manage employee record-keeping and necessary documentation.
- Support onboarding and orientation initiatives for new hires.
- Handle attendance monitoring and other HR-related administrative duties.
- Fulfill additional HR tasks delegated by supervisors.
Candidate Eligibility
- Only candidates from Pune can apply.
- Must be available for an in-office, full-time internship lasting 6 months.
- The internship start date should be between August 12, 2026, and September 16, 2026.
