Internship Overview and Responsibilities
As a Marketing Intern at Lysto, you will play a pivotal role in defining how our brand and solutions are communicated to a wider audience. You will collaborate closely with the founding team and senior management to contribute strategically to various marketing activities.
- Develop compelling content tailored to LinkedIn, the corporate website, newsletters, and social media outlets.
- Support marketing campaigns, oversee product introduction efforts, and participate in crafting brand narratives.
- Create visual materials, including presentations and marketing collateral.
- Investigate current trends within gaming, artificial intelligence, startup ecosystems, and technology for content inspiration.
- Trial innovative content styles, tools, and creative methods to boost engagement with the audience.
- Work directly with leadership on key marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Lead projects from conception through to delivery while maintaining deadlines.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Availability for a full-time in-office internship from mid-July to mid-August 2026, with a commitment of three months.
- Relevant skills in social media marketing, branding, proficiency in written English, and visual storytelling.
- Exceptional abilities in written and visual communication.
- A strong grasp of branding, design principles, and narrative crafting.
- A keen sense of curiosity with an aptitude for quick learning.
- High initiative, self-driven attitude, and capability to work autonomously.
- Strong diligence and attention to detail.
- Interest or background in gaming, AI, startups, or related technologies is advantageous.
- A passion for creatively saving and analyzing advertisements and campaigns as inspiration.
- An enthusiasm for building content and marketing concepts rather than only consuming them.

Additional Information
This position offers a stipend ranging from INR 30,000 to 40,000 per month. The internship is structured for five working days a week, with flexible working hours and an informal dress code. Interns will also have access to free snacks and beverages. Successful candidates will obtain a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
