Operations Data Associate Internship

Linkomoon, a rapidly expanding footwear manufacturing company located in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, invites motivated individuals to join as Operations Data Interns. The company specializes in producing affordable, high-quality, and trendy slippers, sandals, and sports shoes, boasting a strong e-commerce presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and its own retail platform. This internship offers a hands-on experience in managing operational data critical to the business, ideal for those interested in understanding the workings of a modern fashion footwear brand.

Daily Responsibilities

• Accurately input daily transaction data such as sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
• Update and maintain records using software including Tally, Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
• Perform data verification to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy prior to entry.
• Organize and archive source documents like invoices, vouchers, and bills in both digital and physical forms.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports derived from recorded data.
• Cross-reference entries against supporting documentation and highlight any discrepancies to management.
• Complete all data entry tasks punctually and with error-free precision.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all business and financial information handled.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with degrees such as BCom, BBA, MBA, or any other undergraduate program.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Prior exposure to accounting or ERP software like Tally is advantageous but not mandatory.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management tasks.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute or above is preferred.
• Capability to consistently perform repetitive assignments with focus and reliability.
• Responsible, punctual, and demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Availability for full-time, onsite engagement lasting six months, starting between August 12 and September 16, 2026.
• Open to women re-entering or beginning their careers.
