About the Role

Vedron seeks interns to join our Strategic Partnerships team, working remotely in a part-time capacity. This 3-month internship includes varied responsibilities around community growth, user acquisition, onboarding, and customer engagement, emphasizing practical AI applications. Interns play a crucial role in outreach, user verification, moderation, and data-driven reporting to support business expansion and product adoption.

Key Duties

Engage with users via online platforms such as Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp groups for acquiring new users.
Run outreach initiatives including direct messaging, influencer collaborations, and university ambassador programs.
Perform A/B tests on marketing content to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Track and analyze growth statistics like impressions, clicks, registrations, and acquisition costs.
Design and administer onboarding workflows with email and mobile verification.
Manage user identity verifications and address onboarding problems.
Create welcome materials, onboarding documentation, FAQs, and help resources.
Identify and remove friction points in onboarding to improve user retention.
Moderate community channels, uphold policies, and resolve conflicts.
Issue warnings or restrictions and maintain moderation logs where needed.
Produce tutorials, videos, and guides to promote feature usage.
Host live webinars, Q&A sessions, and user education events.
Monitor key metrics such as feature adoption and daily/monthly active users.
Deliver customer support through chat, email, and community platforms, adhering to service level agreements.
Use standardized templates for customer communication while escalating complex issues with thorough documentation.
Track customer satisfaction through CSAT and NPS, analyzing user behavior with tools like Mixpanel and Amplitude.
Compile reports on feedback, complaints, and feature requests to inform product strategies.
Implement growth initiatives including referral programs and user-generated content campaigns.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations supporting strategic growth and product development.

Candidate Eligibility

Must be able to work from home with availability between July 31, 2026, and September 4, 2026.
Commitment to the full 3-month duration is required.
Relevant skills and interest in community building and digital engagement platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly stipend ranging between INR 10,000 and 50,000, comprising fixed pay of INR 8,000 to 20,000 and incentives from INR 2,000 to 30,000.
