3D Designer - Architectural Visualization (Remote, Contract)

Role Overview

Participate in a specialized project aimed at enhancing the visual representation of cutting-edge aluminum windows, doors, and glass railing systems used in premium residential and commercial developments. This position focuses on converting existing CAD and STEP files into a well-organized, reusable 3D product model library with photorealistic marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct a reusable, high-detail 3D product model repository sourced from CAD and STEP data.
• Produce photorealistic renders suitable for marketing campaigns and online platforms.
• Create detailed exploded diagrams and assembly animations for both technical illustration and promotional use.
• Develop installation sequence animations to support product documentation and client understanding.
• Ensure design outputs deliver clean, contemporary visuals matching the identity of premium architectural brands.

Core Requirements

• Expertise in Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, After Effects, Redshift, Octane Render, KeyShot, Unreal Engine, SolidWorks, and CAD modeling techniques.
• Competence in hard-surface 3D modeling, physically-based rendering (PBR) texturing, lighting setup, and rendering pipelines.
• Proven track record in architectural or engineered product visualization projects.
• Strong precision and focus on realism and superior design quality.
• Capability to accurately interpret technical drawings into compelling visual assets.
• Effective communication skills and solid time management capabilities.
• Willingness for ongoing cooperation as the product portfolio evolves.
