About the Company

Wingman Recruitment specializes in building offshore teams exclusively for Australian recruitment agencies. They recruit dedicated remote professionals from the Philippines who become integrated members of their clients' recruitment teams, handling activities such as sourcing, candidate management, administrative duties, and payroll/accounts support.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

This position focuses on client relationship management without involving business development or cold calling. Upon a client joining Wingman Recruitment, you will take ownership and manage that relationship throughout its duration. Core duties include:

• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients
• Understanding clients' hiring needs, challenges, and expectations
• Guiding clients through the process of finding suitable recruiters
• Building trust via consistent communication and careful follow-up
• Discovering opportunities to enhance value within current client relationships
• Serving as a dependable liaison between clients and offshore recruiters
• Ensuring clients feel well-informed, supported, and confident during the recruitment process
• Converting positive client interactions into lasting partnerships

Candidate Requirements

• Experience as a recruiter or account manager capable of managing multiple clients and candidates effectively
• Ability to remain composed under pressure
• Strong communication skills, comfortable leading meetings with clients and offshore recruiters
• Sound judgment for managing sensitive conversations and occasional replacements
