Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and accomplished Aftersales Manager to lead our Toyota dealership located in Boston, England. This role demands dedication to exceeding customer expectations by ensuring superior service quality at all times. The position's working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, with Saturday shifts on a rotating schedule from 8am to 1pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all personnel within the workshop, service, and parts departments, fostering their development to reach optimal performance levels.
- Plan, forecast, and meet sales objectives consistently.
- Increase workshop utilization and operational efficiency.
- Manage your department's budget effectively to drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with other department managers to enhance overall center performance.
Candidate Profile
- Ideal candidates will have prior experience in roles such as Senior Service Advisor, Service Manager, Parts Manager, Assistant Aftersales Manager, or Aftersales Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to advance departmental goals through achieving key performance indicators and maintaining brand standards.
- Track record of profitability and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management qualities, a competitive mindset, and genuine passion for the brand.
- Experience in the motor trade, automotive sector, or car dealerships is advantageous but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits
The basic salary is set at £40,000 per year, with an on-target earning potential of up to £68,000 annually, plus additional benefits including a company car.
