AI Engineer (Generative AI / AI-ML / Microsoft Copilot)

Job Summary

Unison Group seeks a skilled AI Engineer with demonstrated experience in Generative AI, AI/ML, or Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI development. Candidates should be proficient in creating AI-driven applications, incorporating large language models (LLMs), and delivering AI solutions for enterprise use. Candidates with strong expertise in at least one of these core domains are invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy AI-driven applications leveraging advanced AI frameworks.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions utilizing Large Language Models.
• Create AI agents, copilots, conversational bots, and automate workflows.
• Optimize and fine-tune LLM-based applications through prompt engineering techniques.
• Construct scalable AI and machine learning models, ensuring successful deployment in production environments.
• Connect AI services seamlessly with enterprise software and cloud infrastructures.
• Work jointly with business teams to discover AI application opportunities and provide innovative solutions.
• Maintain compliance with security measures, governance rules, and ethical AI guidelines.

Required Skills and Expertise

Candidates should have in-depth skills in one or more of the following areas:

Generative AI

• Practical knowledge of OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or Llama models.
• Experience in prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with AI orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalents.
• Proficiency with vector databases like Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
• Development and orchestration of AI agents.

AI / Machine Learning

• Strong skills in Python programming language.
• Expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques.
• Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge in NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, or Recommendation Systems.
• Handling model training, assessment, deployment and MLOps processes.

Microsoft Copilot / Agentic AI

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Development of Copilot agents.
• Use of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Integration with Microsoft Graph API.
• Utilizing Azure AI Services and Power Automate.
• Extending Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities.
• Building agentic AI solutions and automating workflows.
