Role summary
This is a full-time remote opportunity for an Architectural Visualization professional. The position focuses on converting architectural concepts and technical drawings into detailed 3D models, realistic renders, and presentation-ready visuals used in design development and client discussions. The role requires close coordination with architects and other stakeholders, regular refinement of outputs based on feedback, and consistent delivery aligned with project timelines and quality expectations.
What you'll do
- Translate architectural drawings, plans, and briefs into accurate 3D models and visual assets.
- Create realistic renderings, still images, and walkthrough-style presentations.
- Choose suitable materials, lighting setups, framing, and composition to support each project.
- Work with architects, designers, and clients to align visuals with design intent.
- Revise and improve deliverables based on review comments and project feedback.
- Keep project files well organized and maintain a smooth production workflow.
- Stay updated with current visualization tools, techniques, and industry developments.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong understanding of architecture and architectural design.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, sections, elevations, and other technical drawings.
- Experience creating accurate 3D visualizations from architectural inputs.
- Good communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to explain visual concepts clearly in both verbal and presentation formats.
- Knowledge of efficient visualization workflows and tool integration.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, or Rhino.
- Exposure to rendering engines such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Corona.
- Helpful experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects for post-production.
- Basic animation or architectural walkthrough production skills are an advantage.
- Relevant background in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in architectural visualization.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage several assignments, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback while preserving quality and consistency.
