Role Summary
The firm is looking for a skilled Associate to contribute to expanding its diverse platform. This role entails originating and executing superior mandates, managing important client relationships, and influencing the firm's market strategy. The position involves close collaboration with partners, investors, and clients to foster growth and advance market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of the company’s market strategy aligned with larger business goals.
- Generate mandates related to both buy-side and sell-side deals.
- Support transaction execution processes, including financial modeling, valuation, deal structuring, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Develop and sustain senior-level relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, investors, and industry intermediaries.
- Contribute actively to the firm's growth initiatives and strategic planning.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate finance.
- Proven ability in deal origination, underwriting, and strategy execution.
- Strong technical skills in financial analysis, valuation methodologies, transaction structuring, and negotiation tactics.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-management capabilities.
- An entrepreneurial, strategic mindset that balances visionary thinking with disciplined execution.
