Key Responsibilities

Oversee specific product lines or sub-brands, ensuring accurate product displays and compelling storytelling consistent with commercial objectives.
Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, creative, operations, and tech teams to coordinate launches and address challenges.
Draft and maintain detailed project briefs for site updates and ecommerce projects.
Perform thorough quality assurance across digital platforms, verifying navigation, pricing, images, promotions, search functionality, and product placements.
Detect site glitches and work with internal teams to fix issues and improve user experience.
Develop and maintain product sorting strategies by combining manual methods and automated rules to optimize product visibility.
Analyze customer behavior, inventory patterns, and ecommerce metrics to find improvement opportunities.
Generate periodic reports, conduct competitive analyses, and formulate recommendations based on digital merchandising key performance indicators.

Candidate Profile

Between 1 and 3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, site management, or retail sectors, ideally related to fashion or apparel.
Practical experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar ecommerce platforms.
Proficiency in backend ecommerce operations such as category setup, product organization, and merchandising management.
Knowledge of search merchandising software like Bloomreach or related tools preferred.
Strong analytical skills capable of interpreting ecommerce data, user behavior insights, and performance metrics.
Capability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize efficiently, and meet tight deadlines in rapid-paced environments.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
