Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand requirements and deliver quality assurance solutions.
• Create and assess design documents, validate architecture, and contribute to service excellence.
• Participate in estimating project efforts and provide insights for successful solution delivery.
• Plan technical risks, perform code and unit test plan reviews, and guide teams in producing optimized, high-quality code.
• Lead knowledge management initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational processes and standards.
• Contribute to building efficient programs and systems supporting clients’ digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in automation testing processes with strong knowledge of testing tools.
• Familiarity with Shell scripting and SAP HCM - specifically EIC modules.
• Desirable experience with Python in Open System environments.
• Understanding of multiple technologies and fundamentals of architecture and design.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project life cycle activities including development and maintenance.
• Experience with estimation methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Basic understanding of business domains to align technology solutions with business requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
• Sound knowledge of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods.
• Awareness of current tech trends and willingness to update skill sets continuously.
