About the Role
This opportunity allows you to become a strategic collaborator with clients, crafting impactful marketing initiatives primarily within the restaurant and hospitality sector. You will oversee a wide array of projects including branding, digital content creation, media campaigns, website development, and enhancing customer experiences. Working fully remotely, you will partner with creative, strategy, and media teams to develop effective marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a strategic advisor to clients, supporting and improving their marketing efforts.
- Oversee client projects from inception through completion, defining requirements, allocating resources, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collect project details to produce clear briefs for internal teams and external partners across creative, strategy, and media divisions.
- Engage in team planning to prioritize projects, deliverables, and timelines.
- Lead internal discussions regarding client expectations, project progression, and strategic direction.
- Manage project schedules, workflows, and updates utilizing project management software for transparency among teams and clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients by addressing inquiries, providing status updates, and fulfilling their requirements.
- Organize regular client meetings to deliver comprehensive project status reports covering primary and supplementary initiatives.
- Present marketing strategies, content recommendations, and performance insights with a focus on business impact.
- Support additional projects and operational duties as business needs evolve.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 5 years' experience in marketing coordination, project management, account management, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar disciplines.
- Prior experience within an agency setting is desirable, especially in restaurant, hospitality, or consumer-centric sectors.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven capability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in project management tools such as Monday.com or equivalent platforms.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication platforms like Slack.
- Ability to cultivate strong client relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker capable of addressing business challenges with practical solutions.
