Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic, technology-proficient customer support agent adept at handling high-volume, data-intensive tasks. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy multitasker with an acute attention to detail and strong analytical abilities. Instead of requiring deep accounts payable expertise, the role favors individuals who quickly adapt to new systems, enjoy working with numbers, and actively pursue solutions to discrepancies with urgency.

Enjoys analyzing numerical data, identifying errors, and conducting critical evaluations.

Shows proactive problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage email inbox efficiently by filtering incoming messages to prioritize actionable invoices.
Validate data extracted via OCR against original PDF documents, ensuring accuracy of required fields.
Identify and correct missing or erroneous data, focusing on essential details like due dates to avoid vendor service interruptions.
Navigate multiple ERP platforms and DocuPeak to cross-check and consolidate data.
Refer complex or ambiguous cases to senior team members without assuming resolutions.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with DocuPeak and ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Technical setup includes: minimum 50 Mbps upload/download internet speed; Windows 10 (32-bit or higher) operating system; at least 16 GB RAM; laptop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS); minimum Intel Core i5 or equivalent processor; Windows or Mac OS; and a quiet, dedicated workspace with a wired noise-canceling headset suitable for remote work.

Work Schedule

Availability from Monday to Sunday with two days off weekly.
Working hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
