Job Overview
Cheshire Ireland is seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join their team as Care Support Workers at the Waterford service center. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 39 hours per week, based at John's Hill, Waterford X91CKC7.

Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support tailored to each person's individual needs, helping them achieve the best possible quality of life. Work will be carried out according to personalized plans, supporting daily living activities.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should meet or be working toward one of the following qualifications: QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, QQI Level 6 in Social Care, or possess a Nursing qualification. Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is essential. Candidates without formal qualifications may be considered if they commit to completing QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support within 18 months of starting.
A full manual driving license or willingness to obtain and use one for work purposes is required. Candidates must be flexible to work across all shifts on a 24/7 rotating schedule.
Other essential attributes include strong interpersonal and communication skills, competency in English (verbal and written), computer literacy (experience with care management systems is advantageous), personal integrity, willingness to adapt and embrace continuous improvement, and eligibility to work in Ireland.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary ranges between €34762.69 and €40418.19 pro-rated.
