About Symbio
Symbio is a contract research organization that supports international studies across various medical fields including Dermatology, Inflammatory Diseases, Aesthetics, Rare Diseases, Medical Devices, and Gastroenterology, managing projects from early clinical development through regulatory approval.
Position Overview
We are seeking full-time Clinical Research Associates in the United States, with a preference for candidates having dermatology experience and availability to travel up to 50%, primarily covering the Central and Eastern regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical trials at investigational sites to ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements, following ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and applicable federal regulations.
- Oversee site progress and compliance at the discretion of CRA management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Associate Degree in Health Sciences or equivalent licensed/certified healthcare training; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Professional certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) or Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCra) preferred.
- Deep understanding of applicable national regulatory requirements such as FDA regulations and clinical trial processes.
- Proficient in medical terminology.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical trial monitoring experience.
- At least 6 years of experience within the clinical research industry.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams or equivalent software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, efficiently managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Capacity to prioritize and manage tasks effectively under high-pressure situations with urgency.
