Overview
Primary Talent Partners is seeking a Contract Administration Specialist to join our healthcare client’s team remotely for an initial four-month contract with the possibility of extension. This position operates fully remotely, with a 40-hour workweek aligned with Eastern Time.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Hourly pay rate of 18 dollars on a W2 basis.
- No paid time off or additional benefits.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the complete process for contract attachments by submitting relevant information and supporting documents to suppliers and distributors via appropriate channels including portals and email.
- Verify and confirm the accuracy and completeness of contract details, site information, identifiers, and documentation prior to submission.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Implementation, Sales, and Connectivity to correct or obtain missing information before sending requests.
- Track supplier replies, approvals, rejections, and pending statuses; proactively engage vendors to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Escalate delayed or unresponsive requests as per defined procedures.
- Maintain detailed and current records within CRM and case management systems documenting all communications and contract request statuses throughout their lifecycle.
- Ensure all documentation complies with standard operating procedures, service level agreements, and audit requirements.
- Provide support during quality reviews, reporting activities, and audits while highlighting any recurring process or documentation challenges to leadership.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in contract operations, procurement, business operations, or similar administrative functions.
- Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or working with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail with capability to manage repetitive tasks of high volume accurately.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet timely deadlines and service levels.
- Experience updating and maintaining records in CRM or case management platforms.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with automation tools or scripting is considered a plus.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
