Role Overview

This position offers comprehensive exposure across multiple business domains including corporate, research & development, and manufacturing. Participants engage actively in strategic projects and essential business operations, contributing significantly while exploring their most suitable functional area. Assignment will be within one of our business units or functions, with specific deliverables and performance measures aligned to that area.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, assess performance data, and translate insights into strategic support for operations.
• Pinpoint inefficiencies in processes and collaborate with relevant teams to devise and implement productivity improvements.
• Work collaboratively with various departments such as corporate functions, manufacturing, and R&D to ensure aligned and smooth execution of activities, also supporting main business functions and organizational initiatives.
• Create comprehensive reports, visual dashboards, and presentations to facilitate data-driven decisions and business evaluations.
• Leverage ERP, CRM, and other digital systems to handle data management, monitor project timelines, and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Undertake consumer research, competitor benchmarking, and analysis of product performance to inform strategic direction.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong collaborative outlook.
• Proficiency in analytical thought and structured problem-solving techniques.
• High adaptability and eagerness to learn, suitable for diverse business functions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
• Proven ability to take initiative and work effectively in teams.
