About the Role
We are engaged by a client to appoint a Customer Support Associate working remotely on a contract basis. This role involves handling customer inquiries sent through email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses that align with the company’s policies and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze incoming customer emails to determine issues, queries, or requests.
- Prepare clear, professional, and solution-focused replies to customer messages.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and meeting defined service level agreements in all customer dealings.
- Work collaboratively with different internal departments to resolve complex customer problems efficiently.
- Keep meticulous records of customer interactions and the resolutions in the support system.
Requirements
- Excellent command of written English with accurate grammar and spelling.
- Experience with email management platforms and customer support software.
- Ability to operate independently without close supervision in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude to effectively manage customer concerns.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and proper documentation techniques.
