Role Overview
The Customer Support Representative will be a key member of the billing team, responsible for handling inbound calls related to billing questions and account management. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound billing-related calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Deliver accurate information concerning Spectrum's products, services, and billing to satisfy customer needs.
- Quickly identify and address customer concerns, escalating complex issues when required.
- Keep detailed documentation of all customer interactions for accurate account management.
- Collaborate with management and colleagues to enhance service quality and operational processes.
- Follow all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards during customer engagements.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products and customer service best practices.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English across reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Preferred: minimum six months experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with computer applications and previous telecom or cable operations experience is advantageous.
- Basic technical proficiency such as MS Office skills, computer literacy, and typing.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism, resilience, and a customer-focused mindset.
