This is a contract-to-hire opportunity based in West Palm Beach, FL, with an annual salary range of $65,000 to $80,000. The position requires working onsite five days a week and focuses on transforming business data into actionable insights to guide smarter organizational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and sustain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business operations.
Analyze operational and financial datasets to uncover trends and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with business teams to grasp their reporting requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Enhance and automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort.
Handle large volumes of data to facilitate decision-making processes.
Diagnose data inconsistencies and enhance data quality standards.
Produce custom reports and analytics upon request for leadership.
Assist with ongoing business intelligence and reporting projects.

Candidate Profile

Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including in-depth knowledge of functions, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
Experience using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Adeptness at working collaboratively with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, JavaScript, or VBA.
