Role overview

Unilabs Middle East is looking for a detail-oriented Data Processor to support sample handling, data entry, and report coordination in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on accurately receiving samples, registering them in the system, maintaining organized records, and ensuring the smooth flow of patient data and client reports.

Key responsibilities

• Receive samples from messengers in line with the required guidelines, log them into the Siglo system, record them in the provided spreadsheet, count them physically, and organize them by assigning racks in sequence.
• Maintain data accuracy, help ensure reports are delivered to the right clients, monitor samples stored in racks, and coordinate with the uploading team to verify correct patient information.
• Upload information received from data processors, clinics, mobile collection teams, and collection centres.
• Prepare client barcodes and templates as required.
• Keep the assigned area clean and properly checked.

Experience and profile

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration or Business and bring 1–2 years of experience in a fast-moving environment such as operations, events, or hospitality. Prior work as a Data Processor or Data Encoder is preferred. Strong English communication is important, while Arabic is an added advantage. The role also calls for both basic and advanced Microsoft skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, motivation, organizational strength, sound decision-making, strategic thinking, teamwork, and a typing speed of 70 WPM.
