Delivery Drivers typically earn more than $20 per hour through a combination of hourly wage, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Mileage reimbursements and tips are paid daily while hourly wages are disbursed biweekly.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver Domino’s products efficiently and safely using either your personal vehicle or one of our company cars, if eligible.
Maintain a safe driving record adhering to company standards; company vehicle use requires applicants to be over 21 with a clean driving record and at least two years of driving history.
Utilize advanced technology designed to facilitate rapid and safe deliveries, enhancing earnings through efficiency.
Select and manage your shifts according to personal convenience, with ample part-time and full-time options.
Handle navigating various terrains including multi-story buildings to complete product deliveries.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Must successfully pass a background check and hold a valid driver’s license.
Maintain a valid insurance policy and a reliable vehicle if using personal transport.
Demonstrate proficient navigational skills to follow maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Be capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage stress and meet quality standards.
Possess strong decision-making and customer service skills.

Physical and Work Environment

Exposure to various weather conditions during deliveries ranging from extreme heat to cold temperatures.
Work environments include temperature fluctuations from 36°F in cold storage areas to above 90°F in certain work spaces.
Possible exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces (including ovens up to 500°F), sharp edges, and moving machinery.
Physical tasks involve walking, carrying pizzas and beverages, climbing up to five flights of stairs occasionally, stooping, bending, reaching above and below shoulder height, and continuous hand use including forceful pinching and grasping.
Tasks require talking on the phone, depth perception, sight under various conditions, and the ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces.
