Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial and operational outcomes for assigned customer programs by analyzing trends and crafting strategies to boost performance.
• Develop and maintain performance management processes such as routine business reviews, reporting standards, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Utilize advanced analytics on customer, operational, and clinical datasets to identify early signals of risks and growth opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including account management, finance, clinical operations, medical economics, and product development to devise practical strategies and interventions.
• Lead analytics efforts correlating internal performance data with customer financial targets and contract commitments.
• Simplify complex data and stakeholder feedback into clear recommendations, actionable plans, and initiatives.
• Align and coordinate cross-functional efforts ensuring successful execution of performance enhancement strategies.
• Leverage analytics and market intelligence alongside collaboration with data science and clinical teams to uncover new business opportunities.
• Define and optimize performance objectives, benchmarks, and measurement frameworks in line with service agreements and business goals.
• Conduct customer-centric performance assessments, produce executive-level reports, and facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders.
• Contribute to company-wide projects aiming to elevate outcomes across diverse customer segments, patient groups, and healthcare providers.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior analysts, fostering their analytical proficiency and career growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, STEM, or a related discipline is required; advanced qualifications like an MBA or quantitative degree are advantageous.
• Minimum of six years’ experience in healthcare analytics, performance management, or strategic business analytics.
• At least three years’ background in management consulting, investment banking, product operations, research, or similar data-focused industries.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with executive leaders to convert data insights into effective business recommendations.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer success strategies, performance optimization, and value-based healthcare frameworks.
• Proven capability to transform ambiguous challenges into well-structured, measurable business initiatives.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members in analytical roles.
• Strong analytical aptitude to interpret complex datasets and generate strategic guidance.
• Excellent organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a goal-driven mentality.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills tailored to varied audiences including technical experts and senior executives.
• Ability to manage competing demands between immediate operational execution and long-term strategic objectives.
• Technical proficiency with Python and Databricks is mandatory.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, AI/ML methods, data visualization, or other advanced analytic tools is considered a plus.
• Knowledge in population health management is preferred.
