Role Overview

As the Director of Learning & Development, you will lead the creation and expansion of CLEAR's talent management and development strategy to cultivate a high-impact, future-ready workforce. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will design initiatives that accelerate employee growth, enhance leadership capabilities, and drive measurable results for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and spearhead CLEAR's talent management and succession planning framework to reinforce leadership pipelines and organizational strength.
• Design and oversee scalable talent development programs encompassing onboarding, manager training, leadership growth, and high-potential employee initiatives.
• Coordinate with People Partners and business units to facilitate talent reviews, tailored development plans, and succession strategies for vital roles.
• Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to monitor talent trends, assess the impact of programs, and enhance the return on investment on all initiatives.
• Promote inclusive and equitable talent practices that increase opportunities and boost internal mobility across CLEAR.

Success Indicators

• Robustness of internal leadership pipelines and comprehensive succession coverage for strategic roles.
• Engagement metrics and positive outcomes from leadership and development programs, including retention and promotion rates.
• Marked improvements in managerial performance and overall team productivity.
• Effectiveness and ROI of talent management programs, guided by clear KPIs and analytical evaluations.

The base salary for this role ranges from $145,000 to $180,000, varying by skill and experience. This salary bracket represents only one part of our complete compensation offering, which may include bonuses, commissions, and equity awards.
