Entry Level Recruiter / Sales

About the Role

Outsource, the largest staffing agency across the nation specializing in low voltage and electrical staffing, is seeking driven and enthusiastic individuals for an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales position. Responsibilities

• Search and utilize internal databases and diverse job boards to locate qualified candidates.
• Make a minimum of 50 daily calls to potential and current candidates.
• Conduct screenings of candidates via phone and face-to-face interactions for present and future job openings.
• Manage the onboarding process for newly hired candidates.
• Develop innovative recruiting methods to discover new candidates.
• Achieve a weekly placement of at least one candidate in a long-term role.
• Generate sales leads to support the Sales and Account Management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or recent military experience is required.
• Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interest in sales and account management is essential.
