Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage machines including SPI, Fuji, GKG Printer, Reflow, and AOI systems.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of SMT machinery.
• Conduct installation, alignment, and commissioning activities on the production line.
• Program Fuji Mounter machines and implement measures to reduce cycle times.
• Analyze breakdowns for troubleshooting and execute necessary repairs.
• Manage machine tossing control and maintain an inventory of spare parts.
• Engage in new product development, including CPK and GRR studies, and machine installation.
• Supervise daily SMT floor operations and delegate tasks to SMT staff.
• Monitor employee performance against set standards and maintain material flow through the facility.
• Ensure that workstations produce products that meet company quality standards.
• Assess and revise manufacturing workflows to enhance throughput and productivity.
• Encourage and motivate team members for optimal performance, providing timely feedback via formal and informal methods.
• Collaborate with line engineers, managers, and supervisors to develop and uphold schedules that guarantee 100% on-time delivery to main production lines.
• Partner with management and staff daily to drive quality improvements with the objective of zero defect production.
• Ensure comprehensive training and certification of manufacturing personnel in their specific roles.
• Offer guidance, training, and support to supervisory staff for professional growth.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic workplace by educating and directing staff accordingly.
• Ensure equipment and tools remain functional and accessible when needed.

Qualifications

• Educational background in a relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience working in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) environments.
