Role Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant position is a part-time hybrid role situated at Singapore River within the Central Singapore Community Development Council area. This role combines onsite presence with some work-from-home flexibility and focuses on supporting executive leadership through diverse administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for senior executives.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle phone communications and maintain professional email responses.
- Organize and maintain digital files and accurate records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical details for events and meetings.
- Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong skills in administrative support and clerical duties, including document creation, records management, and scheduling.
- Experience supporting senior leadership with calendar and meeting coordination.
- Excellent phone etiquette and clear, responsive communication through multiple channels.
- Proficiency in office software such as word processors, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks and uphold confidentiality with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to thrive in a fast-moving and diverse environment focused on youth and social impact.
- Previous work experience in non-profit organizations or youth development initiatives is advantageous.
- A relevant diploma or degree in administration, business, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
