Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with specific portion sizes, quality standards, and all departmental rules and procedures.
• Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the entire shift.
• Accurately follow prep sheets and recipe instructions for food preparation.
• Verify the quality of food and confirm that orders are correct before serving.
• Monitor inventory levels during service and communicate needs to the relevant team members promptly.
• Adhere to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) product rotation standards to maintain freshness and safety.
• Maintain strict cleaning and sanitation standards consistently during the shift.
• Communicate efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Demonstrate teamwork and cooperation with fellow staff members.
