Role Overview

This full-time position, based on-site in Dammam, involves supporting the expansion of fire protection offerings through technically skilled sales efforts. Key daily activities encompass identifying and qualifying potential clients, engaging with customers and consultants, showcasing fire protection products and services, and drafting technical and commercial proposals. The role requires close cooperation with engineering teams to convert client needs into compliant solutions, offering technical support before and after sales, and ensuring designs align with relevant codes and standards.

Additional responsibilities include nurturing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, attending site visits and technical discussions, supporting tender preparations, and assisting in contract negotiations. The position also demands maintaining precise sales forecasts, conveying market intelligence, and aiding in the ongoing enhancement of sales approaches and client service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (fire, mechanical, civil, or related discipline) or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven capabilities in sales engineering, with the aptitude to comprehend and effectively present technical fire protection solutions to clients.
• Strong sales and customer service skills to cultivate relationships, manage client expectations, and foster enduring partnerships.
• Technical support experience for assisting clients in solution selection, troubleshooting, and coordinating with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing clear technical and commercial proposals, delivering presentations, and collaborating across functions.
• Experience in fire protection systems, life safety engineering, or building services within the Gulf region is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with NFPA standards, IBC, IFC, and Saudi Arabia’s local fire authority regulations is advantageous.
• Capability to work independently, handle multiple projects concurrently, and travel as needed to client sites and project locations.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM platforms; knowledge of fire protection design software is a plus.
